You can view and reserve and/or purchase tickets to all our digital programs on our website at dallasopera.org. On the homepage, look for the menu item labeled “Digital Programs”. There you will find links to video and audio streaming, our popular TDO Network programs, and the Education Portal with free programs for teachers. To purchase digital programs, visit the Video Streaming page, click on the program you’d like to view, and follow the prompts to reserve/purchase access.
Yes. You must create a Dallas Opera online account before purchasing or making your reservations to any digital programs. But it’s easy to do! Look for the “My Digital” link in the upper-right corner of dallasopera.org. If you have purchased Dallas Opera tickets in the past and selected the ‘print at home’ ticket option, you probably already have an account. If you have forgotten your password, there is an easy option to reset it on the Log In page. Once you log in, you will have access to all of your digital programs on the “My Digital” page.
Once you have reserved or purchased a digital program, it will appear in the “My Digital” section of your online account. Please note that you will not be able to access the digital program until its official release date. The release and expiration date will be clearly marked on the item in your cart; you may also verify the dates on our website on the Video Streaming page, and in your email confirmation. When your digital program is available to view, a link will appear on your “My Digital” page. The link will disappear when the content has expired.
You have two options to access your link to digital programs:
- Click on the link in the confirmation email you received from info@dallasopera.org at the time of your reservation or purchase. You will be prompted to log in to your online account.
- You may also visit our website at dallasopera.org and log in to your account by clicking the “My Digital” link in the upper-right corner.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will automatically be taken to your “My Digital” page and the digital programs that you have reserved or purchased will be listed there. Click on the “View Program” button to access the link when you are ready to view your program. Note: The “View Program” button will not appear until the program launch date.
Yes! You will receive a link to access/log in to the “My Digital” page on our website in the email confirmation you’ll receive after making your reservation/purchase. You will only be able to access the link to your digital program after logging in to your account. Please see the preceding question for complete details.
Availability will vary by program. The available date range for digital programs will be clearly notated on the purchase page, in your email confirmation, and on the “My Digital” page after you have logged in to view your reservations and purchases. Once the program has expired, the link will no longer be available.
You may view your digital programs as many times as you like during the available dates. You will be able to pause, restart, fast forward, rewind, or stop altogether and come back later until the program’s expiration date. The available date range for your reserved/purchased digital program is located on the reservation/purchase page, in your email confirmation, and on the “My Digital” page after you have logged in to view or access your reservations and purchases.
