The Dallas Opera has cancelled all performances and programs for the remainder of the 2019/2020 Season.
To expedite service, ticket holders are asked to contact TDO Patron Services by filling out this request form to indicate your preferred option for handling tickets to canceled performances in the 2019/2020 season.
In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19, patron services staff are working remotely. Providing outstanding service to our patrons is a top priority for us. However, due to the high volume of calls and emails, we ask that you please be patient and allow up to three business days for a response.

|Will Call||During performances the will call is available starting 90 minutes before curtain and is located on the west end of the lobby of The Winspear Opera House. Please note that telephone services are not available during performance hours.|
