Education and Company Culture Manager Quodesia “Quo” Johnson manages grades K-12 and college educational programs while overseeing TDO’s commitment to fostering an inclusive culture. She serves local, national, and international communities as a speaker and consultant to help achieve true equity, healing, and connection in the arts. Additional roles include projects with OPERA America’s ALAANA Opera Network steering committee, and Bishop Arts Theatre Center. The Prairie View A&M graduate and 2020 AMEX Women in Music Leadership Academy participant is currently earning her master’s degree in arts administration from Goucher College, and is a 2019-2020 Grant Awardee of AAUW Career Development Grant.
