Pretty Yende (Rosina) soprano, has had critically and popularly acclaimed operatic and solo performances worldwide and a wildly successful debut album, quickly becoming one of the brightest stars of the classical music world. Since making her professional operatic debut, Ms. Yende has performed at the Royal Opera House, Opéra National de Paris, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona and Teatro alla Scala in Milan, where she graduated from their Young Artists Academy in 2011. She also made her acclaimed Metropolitan Opera debut jumping in as Countess Adele in Le Comte Ory. The soprano began the 2019/20 season debuting as Violetta in La Traviata to standing ovations in a new production at the Paris Opera, followed by concert appearances at the Barbican in London, Carnegie Hall in New York, Opernhaus Zürich and Oper Frankfurt.
