Born in Eswatini, baritone Lwazi Dlamini studies at Southern Methodist University. He also trained at Tshwane University of Technology and University of Cape Town. He performed as a Young Artist with Cape Town Opera. Previous roles include Baron Douphol (La traviata), Marco (Gianni Schicchi), Schaunard (La bohème), Rambaldo (La rondine), Dunlop (Sara Baartman – The Opera), and the Father (The Seven Deadly Sins). Since relocating to the US, Dlamini has performed in L’enfant et les sortilèges, Sweeney Todd, and Carousel.
