
Baritone Joseph Goodale holds a Master of Music from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Musical Arts from Dallas Baptist University. This past summer, Mr. Goodale was a Young Artist at The Glimmerglass Festival, performing in Carmen and world premiere Holy Ground (Michael/Magistrate) by Damien Geter. Last season, Mr. Goodale was an Artist in Residence at Opera Colorado, performing mainstage productions of Carmen (Moralès), The Shining (Crooner), and Tosca (Jailer), in addition to touring productions of The Barber of Seville (Figaro) and The Pirates of Penzance (Major General). Other previous performances include Doctor Miracle (The Mayor) with The Dallas Opera’s Education and Outreach program, Cosí fan tutte (Don Alfonso), My Fair Lady (Henry Higgins), and The Fantasticks (El Gallo).
