Tenor Johnny DeAndre Brown has become one of the Dallas-Fort Worth region’s most sought-after performers. Brown’s stage roles span both opera and musical theater, including Jack in Into the Woods, Tamino in Die Zauberflöte, Danny Zuko/Teen Angel in Grease, Andrei in Tchaikovsky’s Mazeppa, and Frederic in Pirates of Penzance. In addition to his stage work, Johnny regularly performs gospel, afrobeat, jazz, mariachi, and R&B, showcasing his versatility as a vocalist, saxophonist, and percussionist. He serves as a Teaching Artist with The Dallas Opera and loves collaborating with other creatives.
