Craig Verm has brought his riveting dramatic portrayals to stages around the world. Most recently, he made debuts at The Santa Fe Opera as Sonora in La Fanciulla del West, (singing Der Graf in Capriccio in the same season) and at Seattle Opera as Papageno in Die Zauberflöte. Future highlights include his return to Seattle Opera as Guglielmo in Così fan Tutte and Claudio in Beatrice and Benedict and his return Opera Philadelphia for War Stories, a double-bill that pairs Monteverdi’s Il Combattimento di Tancredi e Clorinda and Lembit Beecher’s I Have No Stories To Tell You, a production Mr. Verm debuted with Gotham Chamber Opera. Recent engagements include the title role in Billy Budd and the world premiere of Jody Talbot’s Everest with The Dallas Opera.
