Andrei Kymach, Ukrainian baritone, is the First Prize Winner of the prestigious BBC Cardiff Singer of the World. He graduated from the Bolshoi Young Artist Program in 2018. The 2019/20 season includes performances as Belcore (L’elisir d’amore) at Norwegian National Opera, Escamillo (Carmen) at Opera di Firenze, Erico (Lucia di Lammermoor) at Ópera de Oviedo, The Venetian Guest (Sadko) at The Bolshoi Theatre, and a concert performance with The Dallas Opera. Recent highlights include Gran Teatro del Liceu Barcelona as Sir Riccardo Forth (I puritani), Lord Enrico Ashton (Lucia di Lammermoor) at Auditorio de Tenerife, Don Giovanni (title role) at Opera de Nice plus Rubinstein’s The Demon (title role) in concert at London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall.
