The lighting designer’s credits have included a wide variety of repertoire. Among his credits in opera is Joby Talbot’s Everest (Kansas City Lyric Opera). He has designed for classics, such as Romeo and Juliet (Huntington Theater), as well as contemporary dramas and comedies on Broadway, from In the Next Room, or the vibrator play (Lyceum Theatre/Lincoln Center Theatre), China Doll (Gerald Schoenfeld Theater), and Julia Sweeney’s much-acclaimed one-woman show God Said, ‘Ha!’ (Lyceum Theatre/Lincoln Center Theater). Off-Broadway productions include About Alice (Theater for a New Audience), Log Cabin, The Qualms, The Patron Saint of Sea Monsters, and Completeness (all for Playwrights Horizons), and Transfers (MCC Theater), His dance work includes ThreshHolds (Pilobolus Dance Theater). Other New York work includes productions for The Public Theater, Classic Stage Company, Second Stage Theater, Manhattan Theater Club, New York Stage and Film, the Promenade Theater, and The Juilliard School.
