The lighting designer’s credits in opera include productions at TDO (where she is currently Lighting Director), Atlanta Opera, Cincinnati Opera, Opera Delaware, Center City Opera of Philadelphia, and The Curtis Institute of Music. Billings has a wide range of design experience in the performing arts, from the Philadelphia Live Arts Festival to The Velveteen Rabbit (for Enchantment Theatre) and the relighting of Historic Boathouse Row on Philadelphia’s beautiful Schuylkill River. Among Billings’s other credits are The Dallas Symphony Christmas Celebration, Unlock the Magic for the Rock School of Dance, The Hound of the Baskervilles for Indiana Repertory Theatre, Dark Play or Stories for Boys at the Philadelphia Theatre Festival, and Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story and The Full Monty for Pennsylvania’s Media Theatre for the Performing Arts.
