- W. P. Andrew Lee, M.D. is the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, Provost, and Dean at UT Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Andrew Lee is an international leader in hand transplantation who joined UT Southwestern in 2019. Elected to the Board of Directors at The Dallas Opera in June 2023, Dr. Lee is a long-term, avid fan of opera and listens to performances while in the OR.
