Jane Schoen is currently a Managing Partner of non-profit Strategic Resource Group (SRG), which strategically mobilizes people, prayer, and financial resources into partnership with key ministries and churches in the Greater Middle East. She retired from a 32-year career at Texas Instruments in 2017. In 2020-2025, she was Broadway Dallas’ first female board of directors chair. In 2007, she cofounded the Women of TI Fund (now High Tech High Heels) to provide science and technology programs for young women in public schools. She also previously served on the boards for the Dallas Women’s Foundation (now Texas Women’s Foundation) and Resolana, a Dallas nonprofit equipping incarcerated women to transition successfully after leaving jail. She is also an active lay leader at Christ Church Plano. Schoen holds a BS in mathematics from the State University of New York at Potsdam. She and her husband, Chick, live in Uptown Dallas, and they have two adult children and four grandchildren.
