Beijing native Shuyi Li, soprano, a third-year doctoral student at University of North Texas. Li also studied at Indiana University, University of Rochester’s Eastman School of Music, and Beijing’s Central Conservatory of Music. Li has performed in Gianni Schicchi, Suor Angelica, The Pirates of Penzance, La rondine, Goblin Market, and King Arthur amongst others. In the 2025/2026 Season, she presents research at Seattle’s Cascade Song Festival, joins The Dalla Opera Chorus, and performs with Opera Arlington and UNT Opera.
