The Dallas Opera (TDO) is pleased to announce a new initiative with the Dallas Mavericks, which will support TDO’s education and community engagement programs, beginning this season. Spearheaded by Mavericks Chief DEI Officer Gail O’Bannon—who was also recently elected to serve on TDO’s Board of Directors—and TDO’s Director of Education Kristian Roberts, this initiative is designed to help both organizations build better communities in northeast Texas, and achieve more equitable arts access for the next generation.
