Families and organizations who provide children’s summer programming are invited to attend a FREE, 3-hour opera workshop with Dallas Opera Education staff and artists in June and July. Geared toward grades K-6, students will learn the many aspects of visual and performing arts while participating in interactive music, stage movement, and visual arts activities based on a classic fairy tale story by the Brothers Grimm. Kids Opera Boot Camp sessions conclude with a fully staged performance of The Bremen Town Musicians by The Dallas Opera’s Education and Outreach casts.
