Yes! We don’t know when single tickets will go on sale for the spring 2021 Season yet. Our first priority is to accommodate our subscribers’ seating requests and then allow time to determine social distancing guidelines. Subscribers always have priority notification for purchasing single tickets in advance of the general public, so we’ll keep you apprised!
As a subscriber, you will always have access to priority seating. We cannot predict what social distancing guidelines will be in the future. If we can exchange your seats to a preferable location, we will. No matter what you decide for the 2020/2021 season, we will still retain your same seats in future seasons.
We are working hard to provide the best customer service to all our subscribers. Credit card refund requests can take up to 30 days to process from the date requested. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Yes! Subscribers can add the VIVA DIVA! concert to their opera series at the discounted subscriber rate, choose to donate a portion or all of their series tickets, opt to apply their credit to a 2021/2022 Season renewal, request a refund, or request a combination of options. We sent an email to all current subscribers in June with details outlining these options and how to manage ticket changes easily online. No matter which option you choose, we’ll retain our subscribers’ same seats for the following season. Note: Required social distancing guidelines for live performances in 2021/2022 are unknown at this time. For the health and safety of our patrons and artists, it is possible that subscribers will need to be flexible to accommodate new seating guidelines. If social distancing requirements prevent us from providing your same seats, we will do our best to keep you located in your seating section in comparable seats. As always, subscribers are our first priority. We will continue to keep all subscribers apprised as new information becomes available.
Yes! All subscribers can replace their cancelled fifth opera with VIVA DIVA! tickets at their current discounted subscription price. As a subscriber, you may also choose to donate a portion or all of your series credit (if applicable), apply your credit to a 2021/2022 Season renewal, request a refund, or request a combination of options. We sent all current subscribers an email in June with details outlining these options and instructions for easily managing ticket changes online. Patrons may log in to their account for details regarding specific changes to their series; look for the “Log In” link in the menu on our homepage in the upper right corner. Exchanges into different performance dates are currently available by calling our Box Office at 214-443-1000 Monday thru Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 12pm.
