NPR Archives - The Dallas Opera

Well, here we go again. Thanks to Sadie Prater Barron for the link to NPR’s blog entry on the subject of whether opera is, or is not, entertainment for the ultra-uber-rich. It’s not much different than a sporting event where you can enjoy all the action from the bleachers, the porch or the private boxes. Opera, like every other meaningful entertainment, is NOT defined by ticket price.
