Those unlucky enough to have missed the Dallas Opera’s outstanding season finale, “Madame Butterfly,” are getting something of a second chance at Santa Fe where two of the four leads are currently starring in the latest version of Puccini’s classic heartbreaker.
Once again, according to Dallas Morning News Classical Music Critic Scott Cantrell, tenor Brandon Jovanovich showed a glorious voice for that cad Pinkerton.
