What are You Doing Reading This?

by Suzanne Calvin

When you could be getting ready to come down to Annette Strauss Square (between the Meyerson and the Winspear Opera House) at the AT&T Performing Arts Center for this evening’s FREE, LIVE SIMULCAST of Paulo Szot and company in Mozart’s “Don Giovanni”?

Doors open at 5:00, bring your own blanket if you haven’t reserved a seat. The performance begins at 7:30 PM and the cast will come outside afterwards to take their bows and say “good-night.”  Did I mention that this production is simply gorgeous?

Be Seeing You!

All options are on the table, Margo, including the possibility of another simulcast. If such an event should fall on your performance day, in the future, let me suggest that you contact the Ticket Services Office to change your seats to another night. It’s your right as a season subscriber to do that at any time. That way, you could enjoy (and compare) both experiences.

Will you be simulcasting any other opera performances this year? Hopefully you will, but not on opening night. We would love to attend but in addition to our season tickets seats, not instead of. Thanks.

What a lovely evening. While the weather and the Rangers were fierce competitors, those of us who took the challenge were richly rewarded. I cannot wait for the next one. Thank you.
