“Fledermaus” Earns Rave Reviews

by Suzanne Calvin

Our second production of the season is being applauded and cheered by critics and audiences alike.  Sung in English, with gorgeous sets and costumes, topical humor, and a bevy of Can-Can girls…well, what’s not to like about “Die Fledermaus” by Johann Strauss Junior (the other Waltz King)?  Classical Music Critic Scott Cantrell reviews for The Dallas Morning News and the Star-Telegram.  Arts Editor Terry Mathews reviewed for the Sulphur Springs News-Telegram.

I’m certain there will be more to follow.

If you or your friends are still “in the discussion phase,” don’t forget that you can purchase a single ticket for the final performance this Saturday (December 13th) and receive a free companion ticket, courtesy of DallasNews.com!  Call 214.443.1000.
