TDO Book Club
Join the Dallas Opera with special guest moderator Dr. Robert Scott Dupree (right), Professor of English and Director of Library & University Research at the University of Dallas, as we explore the inspiration of Dominick Argento’s opera The Aspern Papers — a new production celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Dallas Opera world premiere commission. The book club will focus on the novella The Aspern Papers by author Henry James. Three sessions will explore different topics — come to one, or for the best understanding, attend all three!
Admission is FREE with RSVP, and includes a copy of the new, reworked libretto of The Aspern Papers.
