The Dallas Opera has expanded its family-friendly programming for the 2012–2013 Season. We hope that you will join us for all our upcoming family programming — there is something for everyone, even the youngest opera fans!
Tickets to all TDO Family Performances are only $5 and subscription packages to see all three performances are just $12. That means a family of four can see three family-friendly opera performances for just $48!
To keep the fun going beyond the summer, TDO will present a variety of Family Performances throughout the 2012–2013 Season. Opera comes in all shapes and sizes, and we want to give even the youngest opera fan a chance to experience opera in three different ways. All Family Performances are at the Winspear Opera House and include interactive activities in the lobby and in Sammons Park either before or after the performance.
TDOpage2stage™ explores the world of Jack and the Beanstalk through a fully staged opera production and interactive TDO Kid’s Book Club before the performance.
|TDO’s Family Concert||
TDO’s Family Concert features the TDO Orchestra and rising young opera stars. The concert will include selections from Mozart, Bizet, Puccini and Jake Heggie. Come early for fun crafts and activities!
