Join TDO's Artistic Director Jonathan Pell, Dr. Stephen Dubberly, head of the UNT opera program, and WRR 101.1 FM's Kurt Rongey for a lively, in-depth discussion about the music of The Aspern Papers. Stephen is known for his animated talks and spontaneous performances; the question is: how will he inspire you?

Love cheese? Wonder what the connection could be to The Aspern Papers? Then join us as we savor wine and nosh on cheese selections hand-picked by cheesemonger and owner Rich Rogers, specifically chosen for how they relate to The Aspern Papers. Will it be the setting of the opera? Country of the librettist? The only way to know is to buy your ticket today!

Interested in learning about new and different wines? Then join us for a casual wine tasting at Komali. Chef and owner Abraham Salum will hand-pick wines using the setting of The Aspern Papers or the composer's heritage as inspiration. Sip, swirl, savor! Small bites, some created exclusively for this event, will be provided to enjoy with the wine.

The art doesn't go home at night, and neither will we! Join us for a curator guided tour. Learn why certain pieces were chosen for the Nasher Sculpture Center gardens then a rousing discussion with Dr. Stephen Dubberly, head of the UNT opera program and we'll end the evening with a performance featuring Jennifer Chung. Come for one portion or stay for the entire evening. Museum open 'til Midnight. More info
